A good place for Chinese/Vietnamese groceries. Produce is often cheaper than 99 Ranch. Overall, not too different from the Marina in Milpitas and a great option if you're in South San Jose.

If you're looking for great deals and reasonable prices on all prepackaged goodies, come to Marina Grocery. They have the cheapest prices in town for Asian AND Mexican packaged goods: snacks, spices, sauces, frozen seafood, prepackaged noodles, instant noodles, canned goods, etc. Things are usually at least $.50 cheaper than at other Asian grocery stores. In the Produce section, they have a huge selection of fresh veggies and herbs to choose from. The fruits here are hit or miss. Make sure you inspect carefully before selecting and buying to avoid the 'bad apples'. Their Meat department is okay. I generally don't buy beef unless it's at Costco so I can't speak to it, but their seafood, pork and chicken options are pretty fresh. They also have a great alcohol section with excellent Tequila, Cognac, and Whiskey and the prices are very reasonable as well. Not Costco cheap, but very good prices.
